In its third phase of technical coopertion with JICA, FTTC is launching a new goal ; "Bringing learning to people … instead of bringing people to learning." As E- learning will rapidly become one of the most cost-effective ways to educate the world's expanding workforce, FTTC is currently presenting its new E- learning training programmes.

As part of the Third Phase of its cooperation project with JICA, FTTC is currently working on launching newly-designed E-learning programmes. FTTC programmes will be more easily-accessible for potential candidates and companies. It will include detailed lectures, case studies and other exercises . The Centre wishes to present a perfect opportunity for network-enabled transfer of skills and knowledge along with virtual classrooms, collaboration and interaction.
