Introduction

Enterprises – which typically spend around 60% of their revenue on covering their purchasing & supply costs – can greatly enhance their competitiveness and delivery performance through improved supply chain management. 

This programme is designed by the International Trade Centre “ITC” in Geneva as a led initiative that answers enterprises’ rapidly growing need to develop skills in this key area.

  • Module 11– Managing Inventory
  • Module 6 – Obtaining and Selecting Offers
  • Module 12– Measuring and Evaluating Performance
